If it’s taken them 6 years to get Peria Chronicles this far, the Peria Chronicles English release (or an NA/EU Peria Chronicles release) is far enough off that it might be better to move on to other games, unfortunately. Even as of October 2018, all we have are “we’ll possibly have a release by this time” and “we’re currently working on that feature”, but it’s been in production for 6 years now and we’re no closer to an actual release than we were when we found out about the game. But Nexon proved us wrong by providing detailed trailers in 2018 and then a final trailer and beta announcement this year. Year after year we had delay after delay that the entire Peria Chronicles community expected we’d never get it. It looked more ready to be released than Peria at least, might even come out before Peria. Can you believe it 7 whole years of waiting for Nexon to announce some form of release. But this new game gave me a new and different 'hope'.
Its easy to see that this new system is a far cry from the previous one, and it looks like a clear improvement in every regard. Obviously, anyones first step will be creating their avatar and the first videos are now appearing online. Players have, for the most part, however, been left in the dark with regards to the release of the game. Don't get me wrong, I'll still be playing Peria, but after waiting years for Peria since it was called Project NT, it's still not even out in Korea let alone NA. Today the Peria Chronicles test has begun in Korea, running until May 12, 2019.
